Rogues Over the Top Pierogi was born from a love of food and a nod to the culinary traditions and roots of Pittsburgh, PA. Now based in Austin, TX, the business has amassed an extensive fan base spanning several farmers markets in Central Texas. Rogues Over the Top Pierogi has brought the midwestern appeal of these potato dumplings to several local retail grocers, as well as its very own food truck and pop-up program!

Rogues Over the Top Pierogi is one of only three known pierogi businesses in the greater Austin area. Rogues has been approved and blessed by many natives to the proverbial "pierogi belt" (Chicago, Cleveland, Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Buffalo, Toronto, Montreal, etc.) as well as many Polish natives.
