What We Do
Hardscoop ice cream and sorbets are 8-10.5% ABV alcohol products.
Each serving of Hardscoop is the alcohol equivalent to a glass of wine or beer - and sold by the pint.
And, just like every great recipe out there… Hardscoop is a trade secret process. But, we can give you a little sneak peek on why our ice cream is so good.
To flavor our sorbets, we puree real fruit, freshly picked from local farms. Strawberries from North Carolina. Peaches from South Carolina. We’re committed to every step of the process — from grinding our own coffee beans to blending our own proprietary alcohol base.
We source our dairy from the finest local farms to create our decadent ice cream base. In fact, the quality of our dairy base places us in the “ultra-premium” category of ice cream — making for smoother, creamier spoonfuls.

Competitors are either ice creams with no alcohol, a tiny amount of alcohol, or use spirits that you can't ship. We believe that we are the only alcohol ice cream with federal distillery and wine permits, allowing our registered flavors to be legally shipped to 40 plus states.

Our Mexican Style Chocolate Martini won a Gold Medal at The San Francisco World Wine & Spirits Competition, the world's largest alcohol competition in April 2024.

Hello Hardscoop Investors!
We have been busy and with your help our plans are coming together. We just received our brand new Canning System. This system has the capability to produce 18,000 cans a day and can be expanded to produce 36,000 cans per day.
Our first product as you remember will be the RTD Painkiller Cocktail. This is a collaboration with Pusser's Rum. Distribution will begin this spring in the southern states and continue state by state nationally.

For Regulation Crowdfunding, investors are able to cancel their investment at any point throughout the campaign up until 48 hours before the closing of the offering. Once your investment is canceled, there is a 10-day clearing period (from the date your investment was submitted). After your funds have cleared the bank, you will receive your refund within 10 business days.
Refunds that are made through ACH payments can take up to 10 business days to clear. Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of the bank, but we will do everything we can to get you your refund as soon as possible. However, every investment needs to go through the clearing process in order to be sent back to the account associated with the investment.
Both Title III (Regulation Crowdfunding) and Title IV (Reg A+) help entrepreneurs crowdfund capital investments from unaccredited and accredited investors. The differences between these regulations are related to the investor limitations, the differing amounts of money companies are permitted to raise, and differing disclosure and filing requirements.
