Overview
Today, everything is data, from the sensors controlling your city's power grid to the government's military operations. Soon, every train, plane, and automobile will talk to everything else. However, the physical systems for data security are inherently surmountable and consistently breached, as evidenced in the nearly constant news of data theft, manipulation, and systemic spying.
There will always be bad actors, clearly within military applications, but likely closer to home as our lives, devices, vehicles, homes, and everything else increasingly talk to each other.
At Espre, we see what is coming. And we're ready. For the most fundamental building block level, we've built a solution in silicon that will redefine and accelerate the pace of IoT innovation in both the military and commercial space.
*Rendering of NvisiLink chipsets. Images are computer generated demo versions. Product is currently under development.
The NvisiLink family of chipsets and sensors approach security differently. Data entering the network (any network, 5G, 4G, LTE, WiFi, etc.) becomes a chaotic waveform (white noise).
Data can enter in any form, at any level of encryption, and at any velocity, whether static or mobile. Inside the network, the waveforms move outside of the visible spectrum.
Data are reconstructed with near 100% efficacy at massive throughput on the receiving end.
Artificial intelligence-powered, real-time threat recognition and mitigation protects the entire transmission, the entire network, any network involved in the transmission, and any connected device.
(source)
This year, Espre will also position itself in the multibillion-dollar decentralized apps market. Espre will release a newly designed digital asset anti-theft anti-forgery system NFTNcrypt and a hardware noncustodial storage wallet.
The patented technology secures unique NFTs by embedding an invisible digital watermark on the non-fungible token (NFT).
The portable hardware storage wallet allows the owner to keep their private keys (encrypted digital signatures used in digital asset trading) safe and hacker-proof.
Espre Technologies' proprietary technology is poised to be the security infrastructure needed as the world transitions into the decentralized internet - Web 3.0.
The Problem
By 2025, analysts expect 75 billion web-connected IoT devices in use. Security for these devices is only as strong as the weakest connection in the network. If a bad actor can access your smart lightbulb, he can access your network, computer, and anything else that connects to the network. Scaling (ability to wirelessly connect more devices) is complex as mutual interference increases with each new device, data throughput increases, and efficacy declines with a greater transmission. Further, network limitations restrict the number of transactions per millisecond to only 1.
The NvisiLink protocol increases the per millisecond transmission velocity by 10X, allowing users to connect up to eight devices. Its smart spatial allocation and waveform rerouting inherently increases network device and transmission capacity by a minimum factor of 10 for a static network, by an exponential factor in a mobile network.
Example: By Q3 2020, Risk Based Security revealed that 2,600+ data breaches resulted in the exposure of 36 billion personal records.
The Solution
*Images are stylized product illustrations. Product is currently under development.
Try pouring a glass of water into a moving river and then attempt to get the same water out of the middle of the river while snakes and piranhas (AI threat detection and real-time mitigation) circle. Impossible, right? This metaphor represents NvisiLink technology.
NvisiLink transforms regular, predictable transmission of 1's and 0's by devices into a massive network of digital chaotic transmissions. To outside security threats, the waveform is noise, indistinguishable from normal network noise. Segmenting the waveform from the noise isn't possible. It cannot be located in the noise, either as a unit or as an aberration to normal noise, as normal noise is, by definition, random and indistinguishable. It cannot be directionally located, creates no path, and leaves no trail. The signal is virtually invisible.

Our Traction
The US Department of Defense has provided more than $2.5 million to develop and test the NvisiLink platform and proof-of-concept for dual DoD and commercial use.
The investment allows Espre Technologies to design a System on a Chip (SoC).
We have a fully functional FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) platform from the DoD funding that we will scale down to a 28 nm ASIC (Application Specific Integrated Circuit) coupled with other Intellectual Property.
Scaling down affords significant enhancements in backend functionality, temperature control, performance, production cost, and code optimization.
In 2020, the DoD awarded research contracts to develop and modify various WiFi co-existence protocols for the base functionality of the FPGA.
Espre Technologies also secured private investment through Silicon Catalyst Angels and private investors with military and commercial interests. We're working with a Fortune 500 IoT Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) to translate our protocols to provide secure data transactions across their UWB (Ultra-Wide Band) chipset. This technology is the same 5nm chipset used across the iPhone 12 family of smartphones.
As a point of reference to the functional capabilities of Espre's technology platform, the ARM processor in our SoC design derives from the same technology family as the Apple ARM architecture; A14 SoC that contains a 16-core neural engine with the ability to process 11 trillion operations per second.
*Images are computer generated demo versions. Product is currently under development.
In addition, the government is exploring the use of Espre technology with UWB technology ($1.1 million in funding) to create a secure connection network for the augmented reality used in the Dismounted Soldier training system under development by Microsoft.
The Market
The Industrial IoT (IIoT) market size valuation was $115 billion in 2016. By 2023, analysts expect it to reach $197 billion by 2023, growing at a CAGR of 7.5%.
IIoT provides instant data transmission to measure, detect, and manage disparate business operations from automated manufacturing lines to Smart Grids and transportation systems.
Espre's NvisiLink commercial chipset and sensor solutions allow businesses to drive down costs while augmenting security, capacity, and data efficacy. Using the Espre protocol enables a company to reduce the number of nodes (routers) that currently support no more than +-100 connections. Each Espre node can maintain more than 1,000 concurrent connections based on its capability to transmit with nine other transmissions per single network access simultaneously.
Current technology allows only one transmission per single network access, with all others queuing before transmission. Data is lost, corrupted, and delayed. In a system reliant on precise timing, the result can be catastrophic.
Legacy solutions wire sensors and nodes/management systems at tremendous cost versus the Espre plug and play network protocol.
Further, current and legacy systems lack Espre's AI threat recognition and mitigation platform that identifies, restricts, and protects all network connections and connected devices in real-time.
*Agmas product is currently in development and not yet fully available on the market.
According to the Washington Post, over 311,000 students have been casualties of school gun violence since 1999. Of the nearly 370 injured, shooters killed 185 children, educators, and others.
The latest attack in May on the elementary school in Uvalde, Texas, where 19 children and 2 teachers were gunned down, makes clear we need an early warning system alert for ambush attacks.
Like many of you -- as a parent and grandparent -- I cannot imagine the pain these families are experiencing. I had to ask myself what I could do to help prevent another tragedy like this? It occurred to me that I can adapt our technology to help save lives on the battlefield and in everyday communities.
As the saying goes, "we have the technology." We can use it to make the world safer.
Agmas from Espre Technologies' NvisiLink creates a virtual shelter to evacuate students, educators, and staff safely before the assailant claims their first victim.
For over five years, forward-thinkers at the U.S. Department of Defense and private investors have trusted Espre Technologies to develop solutions for the battlefield and beyond, resulting in 30+ domestic and international patents.
We maintain the standard with our echolocation app that identifies the shooter and quickly directs those in the line of fire into a safe zone.
Acoustic Gun Monitoring Alert System
(Agmas) or Echo Positioning
1.) AI app on the phone recognizes the sound of a firearm discharging in the vicinity. AI app activates Agmas Protocol System.
2.) The Agmas Protocol is an intelligent and automated protective safety net to shield children during an active shooting in large gatherings such as schools, daycare, and amusement parks.
3.) The heart of the system is the NvisiLink unbreakable wireless meshing network, which transforms all the smartphones in the area into echo localization range/mapping system to identify safe zones for evacuation and pinpoint shooter(s) location(s).
Agmas Response Part 1
A.) The Agmas Protocol immediately switches all smartphones to the NvisiLink-enabled WiFi mesh network.
B.) Acoustic triggered Smartphones flood the area with uncoordinated the Safety on Software "SOS" beacons, containing their cellular provided network time at the time of each gunfire and their GPS location (if available) in the message body to NvisiLink enabled WiFi AP
C.) NvisiLink-enabled WiFi AP(s) can receive the flood of "SOS" beacons without collision. It can sort out each unique identifiable signature associated with each smartphone and cross-reference against a known database of users to which it has access locally. Two processes occur within the processor on the AP (Agmas Protocol)
Agmas Response Part 2
A.) Any NvisiLink dongle paired with a smartphone receiving an "SOS" beacon shall process the "SOS" beacon
Agmas Part 3: Getting Help
The inclusive design of the Agmas protocol early warning system will incorporate assistive technology tools to protect the most vulnerable in dangerous situations.

Espre Technologies, Inc. will join the multibillion-dollar Decentralized Applications (dApps) industry when it rolls out NFTNCrypt, the digital asset anti-theft anti-forgery system, and its hardware noncustodial storage wallet.
Espre Technologies' patented technology secures unique NFTs by embedding an invisible digital watermark on the non-fungible token (NFT).
The portable hardware storage wallet allows the owner to keep their private keys (encrypted digital signatures used in digital asset trading) safe and hacker-proof.
What is an NFT, and why does it need to be secure? NFT is an abbreviation for a Non-Fungible Token. NFT commerce is the fastest-growing market in the Decentralized Finance (DeFi) Industry. DeFi launched in 2009 when the bitcoin protocol allowed peer-to-peer digital currency trading.
In 2014, a duo created the first NFT, "Quantum," a video clip, and in a process called "minting," recorded it on the decentralized application (dApp) Ethereum blockchain. The owners added their information to the blockchain, a public digital ledger stored on millions of computers.
In June 2021. Sotheby's curated NFT sale of "Quantum" sold for $1.4 million. The ledger received a new record of ownership. Yet, the original owner's information remains. The digital ledger keeps a continuous record of ownerships. Except, in 2022, a Canadian company, Free Holdings Inc., sued Sotheby's and the NFT owners of record for allegedly selling a reproduction of the NFT "Quantum."
Loss of ownership is just one of the challenges NFT creators and collectors face when selling digital art.
In an article by Malwarebytes Labs, "NFTs explained: daylight robbery on the blockchain," other problems exist, such as:
Espre Technologies, Inc.'s NFTNCrypt provides its solution as it takes position in dApp infrastructure security. NFTNCrypt's undetectable signature will prevent digital asset duplication and forgeries. It will also offer anti-theft protection for collectors and creators by embedding secret ciphers inside the NFT to prove ownership.
"By using AWS high-performance computing, before incurring minting fees, the web-based application allows the NFT creator to certify the digital asset through Espre's secure server or noncustodial hardware storage wallet. The collector stores their digital assets in the wallet for safekeeping," says Dr. Terry, CEO, Espre Technologies, Inc.
Once verified, the NFT creator transfers ownership to the collector. The collector then imprints the NFT with their unique signature. "A 90s hip hop artist said, "I can digitally watermark a bar of my song and mint and sell my own NFT."
Espre Technologies, Inc. will complete the engineering model of its crypto hardware wallet by late summer. NFT traders can expect the digital watermarking system and storage wallet in 2023.

On Friday, October 7, 2022, the U.S. Department of Commerce Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) issued new export controls.
The export controls restrict the People's Republic of China's (PRC) ability to purchase and manufacture high-end chips used in military and other super-computing applications. Those applications include semiconductor chips made with U.S. equipment.
The U.S. added 30 of China's companies, including China's top chip manufacturer YMTC (Yangtze Memory Technologies Co), to the unverified list. The move comes after U.S. inspectors indicated PRC officials denied them an on-site inspection visit.
The U.S. adds foreign companies to an unverified list. After 60 days of non-compliance, these companies could go on the Entity list. Once that happens, U.S. companies must obtain a license to do business with companies on the list. The U.S. says it's to protect U.S. National Security, Foreign Policy Interests, and U.S. values, including individual privacy concerns.
CNBC reports export controls could limit Beijing's ability to produce advanced military systems. They also say, "shares of U.S. chipmakers Nvidia and AMD tumbled in Friday's trading session as worries about falling demand dragged down the sector." Although "Nvidia appears to rebound in Monday's trading session.
Espre Technologies' Founder and CEO, Dr. John Terry, said in response to U.S. export controls' "Espre doesn't trade with China. Our membership in the Semiconductor Alliance will keep us informed of alternatives in manufacturing options for future releases of the NvisiLink product line."
There are just 16 days left to invest.
Please share this update with those who could benefit from NvisiLink's data privacy and wireless security solution.

Hi Espre Community,
Espre had a very productive week attending the co-located conferences for the DEFENSE TECHCONNECT INNOVATION SUMMIT & EXPO, SBIR/STTR FALL INNOVATION, AND SMART CITIES CONNECT EXPO. We were fortunate to have our two target markets and primary funding source at the same venue.
We have re-engaged Raytheon Technologies after its merger with United Technologies. Before the merger, Raytheon officials stated, "research and development effort could add unique capabilities to number of small form factor and soldier borne communications programs and IRAD projects, facilitating rapid insertion into Raytheon products."
Additionally, the merged company has a newly formed venture unit (RTX ventures ) to invest in promising technologies. We have sent introductory material to the RTX and will keep the community updated on progress on that front.
The SBIR/STTR grant program was reauthorized and funded for three more years. We applaud this decision by Congress. SBIR grants have funded the Nvisilink technology. We will continue to rely on these funds in the near term.
We gain further insights into the needs of our SmartCity market segment, which continues to expand and evolve in an application and use cases.
Other Prime Defense Companies asked us to send an abstract for our current SBIR grants to determine if there is a good fit for potential collaboration for future products on their road.
Happy Great Weekend
Dr. John Terry, CEO of Espre Technologies, Inc.

Over 100 million Capital One bank customers and credit card applicants will share in a $190 million class action suit settlement.
On September 8 of this year, a United States District Court Eastern District of Virginia judge ordered Capital One to pay for failing to protect customers' data.
Capital One didn't admit wrongdoing. The plaintiffs' complaint, however, argued that former employee, now convicted hacker Paige A. Thompson, "couldn't have accessed Capital One's Amazon-hosted cloud computing systems if adequate cybersecurity protections were in place." They alleged, "The bank knew of the particular security vulnerabilities that permitted the data breach."
U.S. Financial Services and Banks legally must use some level of security to protect their customers' Personal Identifiable Information. But Capital One bank officials reported in July 2019 that someone breached their database in March of that year.
Department of Justice officials arrested Thompson on July 29, 2019. On June 18, 2022, a federal jury found Thompson, a/k/a Erratic, a former Amazon Software Engineer, guilty of breaching Capital One's database. The hack exposed millions of customers' social security numbers, birthdates, etc.
The U.S. Treasury Department fined Capital One, N.A., and Capital One Bank (USA), N.A. $80 million for failing to protect the data.
Espre Technologies' NvisiLink could have secured access to the bank's sensitive information.
Unfortunately, an employee breached the database leaving Capital One customers' personal information vulnerable.
Today, AWS (Amazon Web Services) reports encrypting data at the physical layer and other points. However, human error accounts for a quarter of all data breaches, according to a 2020 IBM study.
NvisiLink IoT platform helps to remove the human error component.
If you're a Capital One customer and think the hacker exposed your personal information, contact 1-855-604-1811 or https://www.capitalone settlement.com. You have until September 30, 2022.
Your continued support helps us keep data protected.
Enjoy your weekend,

We bet these Multifactor Authentication customers wished they had access to NvisiLink. Especially now that bad actors are promoting Phishing as a Service (PHaaS) MFA Bypass on the Dark Web.
On August 7th, Twilio reported a breach of their 2FA (two-factor authentication) on August 4th when hackers allegedly breached over 120 customers' accounts by compromising their employee credentials through phishing attempts.
As of this update, TechCrunch and other technology sites reported the hack had compromised more than 9000 employees' and customers' private data.
On the heels of this coordinated campaign of attacks, ReSecurity, a cybersecurity research and development firm reports hackers demonstrated "EvilProxy," a Phishing as a Service ( PhaaS) bypass on the Dark Web.
The video on the site shows "how-to compromise Microsoft Office 365 and GoDaddy's MFA process via a malicious proxy server that steals the user's login information.
The data then goes on the Dark Web, where it goes on sale. It's only a matter of time before hackers compile all the data providing complete profile identities.
The worst-case worldwide phishing scenario appears to be upon us.
Here at Espre Technologies, we've sounded the alarm about data breaches of this magnitude for years. For this reason, we began working on the solution nearly a decade ago.
Today that solution is here.
NvisiLink'sembedded AI offers Smart threat mitigation, active detection, and instant protection against unrecognized activity in all network transmission and is instantly blocked.
There's no need to supply additional verifying credentials or tokens.
Nvisilink is designed to secure network transmission and provides authentication, authorization, and validation at the chip before any hacking attempts reach your home or corporate network.
You've already invested in Espre Technologies' NvisiLInk. The next step is to tell your internet service providers, US mobile carriers, and software companies you want NvisiLink to protect your mobile network!
Now you're in the Know.
Thank you for your support. Have a great week!

Hello Espre Community,
As you may recall, the CHIPS and Science Act, signed into law by President Biden, happened one month ago. More than $52 billion went to the semiconductor manufacturing industry with a renewed focus on technology research and development. So far, Panasonic and Intel have announced they will build two new semiconductor manufacturing plants.
As you know, as a government contractor, Espre Technologies built its foundation on R & D, and navigating through government contract proposals is our wheelhouse. Our strength in this area has afforded us to sign a partnership with Semiconductor Alliance and MITRE Entregenuity, a foundation committed to helping startups like Espre obtain grants and funding for commercial growth. Visit MITRE-Engenuity for more information on the Semiconductor Alliance.
Please share our good news with your friends and family.
As always, thank you for your support,
John T.

It doesn't matter who's first in the marketplace. The abundance of market intelligence the newcomers bring to spur industry growth matters.
For example, at the turn of the 21st century, military defense cornered the market on all Shooter Detection Systems (SDS).
Then, around 2014, the development of wireless microphone arrays brought the Shooting Detection System to public spaces. The passive monitoring technology at stationary locations within neighborhoods allowed for surveillance of gunshot activity, analysis, and reporting.
Enterprises like Shotspotter's "acoustic detection system, which uses acoustic sensors to detect and triangulate impulsive sounds," were among the first, if not the first, in 2010 to receive the Department of Homeland Security's SAFETY Act certification.
The DHS Support Anti-Terrorism by Fostering Effective Technologies Act of 2002 goes to science and technology businesses that have consistently proven effectiveness.
In 2016, Databuoy's "acoustic sensor system intended to detect gunfire and report the location through integrated third-party security systems" received the SAFETY Act designation.
In July this year, EAGL Technologies' "acoustic gunshot detection system designed to identify gunshots and report approximate locations" is currently the only SDS tech enterprise certified under the SAFETY Act.
Each competitor's advancement in the Shooter Detection System civilian market helps the field become more sophisticated.
The industry attracts companies like Espre Technologies and its Shooter Detection System AGMAS, which enters the market as a permission-based gunshot surveillance system on your mobile device.
Unlike the SDSs mentioned above, AGMAS actively exploits nearby stationary sensor locations and the dynamic locations of your smartphones. It moves when you do --to provide a complete assessment of the situation during an active shooter event.
With your support, AGMAS, currently in the prototype phase, will proceed into the testing and evaluation stage by the end of the year.
We hope our entry into the market will expand the field even further and make us all safer in public spaces.
Thank you for joining us on this vital mission.
Have a great week,
John

For Immediate Release
Acoustic Gun Monitoring Alert System
A mobile early warning system alert for ambush attacks will quickly evacuate individuals in an active shooter situation.
Bystanders, Passers-by, Law Enforcement Officers, Emergency Personnel, anyone could find themselves in the line of fire when an active shooter indiscriminately shoots at his victims in confined or public spaces.
In a mass shooting scenario, the Department of Homeland Security officials state it could be over in 10-15 minutes, but in that timeframe, past shooters have fired more than 30 rounds in 1 minute – leaving dozens dead.
In 2022, in the Highland Park July 4th parade shooting, there were more than 60 casualties, including 7 dead in that mass shooting – the gunman allegedly fired 83 rounds. The Uvalde, TX law enforcement found 142 spent shells inside Robb elementary and 22 casings outside. The Texas gunman killed 19 children and 2 teachers.
To survive a mass shooting, the Dept. of Homeland Security advises three steps
1. Evacuate,
2. Hide Out, or
3. Take action.
Espre Technologies' AGMAS, powered by NvisiLink, creates a virtual shelter to evacuate individuals safely using any personal mobile device.
With the proliferation of mobile devices out and ready to record any incursion, the AGMAS app could direct these individuals to a safe zone to hide out within seconds of the first recorded gunfire.
AGMAS uses a deep learning algorithm trained to convert the acoustic pattern of gunfire against various gun discharges. The AI detection prevents false alarms of similar sounds, like a car backfire or firecracker, and can alert AGMAS subscribers to a single gunshot or rapid semi-automatic fire in the vicinity.
Eight months into 2022 and we've already had over 400 mass shootings. Last year, the record was 692, according to Gun Violence Archive, a nonprofit organization founded by Michael Klein, sunlight foundation, and Mark Bryant. With nearly one mass shooting each day, it's only a matter of time before there will be a mass shooting in a nearby city.
Therefore, we're past the time for a mobile early warning system alert for ambush attacks to come to market. Without it, it's nearly impossible to evacuate the location in an active shooter situation before an assailant claim dozens of casualties.
Dr. John Terry, AGMAS Inventor, Founder, and CEO, of Espre Technologies, says, "I had to ask myself what I could do to help prevent another tragedy like the one in Uvalde, TX. The answer: Re-adapt the technology that I created that helps save lives on the battlefield for use in everyday communities. As the saying goes, "we have the technology." We can use it to make the world safer."
An Espre investor, Amalya*, says she likes the inclusive design of the AGMAS protocol and how it incorporates assistive technology tools to protect the most vulnerable in dangerous situations." It works with the mobile device's accessibility features for individual needs," she said.
Sadly, as violence increasingly encroaches on our public spaces, "forewarned is to be forearmed." AGMAS is the mobile early warning system we need now.

Hello Espre Community,
Inquiring minds want to know:
How does the AGMAS (Acoustic Gun Monitoring Alert System) design differentiate between a single gunshot and semi-automatic gunfire?
Answer:
AGMAS will use a deep learning algorithm trained to convert the acoustic pattern of gunfire against various gun discharges. The algorithm prevents false alarms of similar sounds, like a car backfire or firecracker, and can alert AGMAS subscribers to a single gunshot or rapid semi-automatic fire in their immediate vicinity.
Please post in the Question section to know more about the company, Espre Technologies, and NvisiLink platform products.

With Regulation A+, a non-accredited investor can only invest a maximum of 10% of their annual income or 10% of their net worth per year, whichever is greater. There are no restrictions for accredited investors.
With Regulation Crowdfunding, non-accredited investors with an annual income or net worth less than $124,000 are limited to invest a maximum of 5% of the greater of those two amounts. For those with an annual income and net worth greater than $124,000, they are limited to investing 10% of the greater of the two amounts.
At the close of an offering, all investors whose funds have “cleared” by this time will be included in the disbursement. At this time, each investor will receive an email from StartEngine with their Countersigned Subscription Agreement, which will serve as their proof of purchase moving forward.
Please keep in mind that a company can conduct a series of “closes” or withdrawals of funds throughout the duration of the campaign. If you are included in that withdrawal period, you will be emailed your countersigned subscription agreement and proof of purchase immediately following that withdrawal.
StartEngine assists companies in raising capital, and once the offering is closed, we are no longer involved with whether the company chooses to list shares on a secondary market or what occurs thereafter. Therefore, StartEngine has no control or insight into your investment after the close of the live offering. In addition, we are not permitted to provide financial advice. You may want to contact a financial professional to discuss possible investment outcomes.
For Regulation Crowdfunding, investors are able to cancel their investment at any point throughout the campaign up until 48 hours before the closing of the offering. Note: If the company does a rolling close, they will post an update to their current investors, giving them the opportunity to cancel during this timeframe. If you do not cancel within this 5-day timeframe, your funds will be invested in the company, and you will no longer be able to cancel the investment. If your funds show as ‘Invested’ on your account dashboard, your investment can no longer be canceled.
For Regulation A+, StartEngine allows for a four-hour cancellation period. Once the four-hour window has passed, it is up to each company to set their own cancellation policy. You may find the company’s cancellation policy in the company’s offering circular.
Once your investment is canceled, there is a 10-day clearing period (from the date your investment was submitted). After your funds have cleared the bank, you will receive your refund within 10 business days.
Refunds that are made through ACH payments can take up to 10 business days to clear. Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of the bank, but we will do everything we can to get you your refund as soon as possible. However, every investment needs to go through the clearing process in order to be sent back to the account associated with the investment.
Both Title III (Regulation Crowdfunding) and Title IV (Reg A+) help entrepreneurs crowdfund capital investments from unaccredited and accredited investors. The differences between these regulations are related to the investor limitations, the differing amounts of money companies are permitted to raise, and differing disclosure and filing requirements. To learn more about Regulation Crowdfunding, click here, and for Regulation A+, click here.

I would like to find a reason to invest in Espre as I agree with the logic that recent legislation and the political climate bodes well for chip manufacturers. That said, here is the difficulty I have. You are in the prototype phase and seemingly not close to a working, commercial version of your chip. I read about conferences you attend, major players in the semiconductor market that you meet and both micro/macro economic news that benefits ESPRE. But, I read nothing about the traction for your technology after receiving grant money. Furthermore, based on your answer to W Kim, your patents are all licensed to Espre and not created by it. This seemingly means obligations to pay royalties and diminished income. Who are the parties which licensed the technology to Espre and will be receiving, what I am assuming, is royalty payments? And why is the patent that is in your name (much congratulations on that achievement) not being transferred to the company? In short, I see no justification for the valuation. Unless, of course, I am hopefully shown to be wrong in my analysis.
