Adv3nture founder, Zane Lamprey, traversed the globe hosting shows for Travel Channel, Food Network and National Geographic Channel. While traveling to over 70 countries, he struggled to find apparel that was designed with the traveler in mind, offering stylish options that packed easily, could adapt to changing conditions, and were comfortable during countless hours on planes. He was astounded to find that there was no company that appealed to the millions of people who travel every day.
In 2016, Zane created Adv3nture to fix this problem. He founded Adv3nture to make apparel and accessories for travelers, everyday explorers and livers of life, while adhering to his environmental standards. Whether traveling around the world or taking a trip across town, Adv3nture products have the versatility, materials and innovations to get you there comfortably, and in style.
Adv3nture started in 2016 when Zane launched his first Adv3nture product, the Adv3nture Hoodie, which became the most successful fashion Kickstarter campaign ever. The Adv3nture Hoodie raised over $2M through crowdfunding (Kickstarter, Indiegogo and Backerkit). In all, Adv3nture has raised over $4.3 through crowdfunding, providing social proof that there was an unexplored travel niche in the outdoor apparel industry.

Five years later, Adv3nture continues to push the boundaries of innovation for premium apparel and accessories made for travelers who are eager to purchase eco-friendly products. Whether it’s a trip around the world or a cross-town commute, Adv3nture apparel and accessories have features and innovations for people on the move, while providing peace of mind with eco-friendly offerings, like our Cascades Jacket, which is made from 100% recycled water bottles.
While our products are made with extreme attention to detail, our goal is to manufacture our lineup from entirely environmentally sustainable material, while maintaining a negative carbon footprint and positive impact on the world around us. This comes from planting three trees, using no animal product in anything that we make, and utilizing recycled materials whenever possible. We have also begun the process of moving to entirely eco-friendly packaging, reducing plastic and non-recyclable materials. This includes mailers (shipping bags and boxes), labels, and hang tags.

Cascades Jacket

Launching in winter 2021, our Cascades Jacket is made from recycled water bottles. An average of 36 water bottles go into each jacket, keeping them from ending up in the environment. This naturally waterproof fabric is able to be produced with sealed seams (protected even the minute needle holes from leaking), and maintaining a waterproof rating of 5,000mm. Additionally, the Cascades Jacket has strategically positioned pockets for weight distribution, it zips-and-snaps into our inner layers (our Voyageurs Hoodie and Badlands Fleece), and converts into a comfortable pillow while traveling.
Adv3nture Backpack
Our revolutionary Adv3nture Backpack has two built-in coolers, which hold up to fourteen 12oz cans, along with a bevvy of pockets and features that are essential while traveling. When arriving at the hotel, the small pack quickly unzips and unclips from the BIG PACK, so bulky items and valuables can be left safely behind, while the small pack, one of the lightest backpacks on the market, can be taken to explore the city.
The Adv3nture Pack has everything you would expect in a premium backpack, like laptop sleeves, water bottle holders, and a hard-shell sunglasses holder. But, with over 32 features and innovations, like built-in coolers and a secret passport pocket, this backpack provides uniquely convenient options for world travel as well as your daily commute.
Expedition Flannel
Made from 100% cotton, the Expedition Flannel is made to be a classic go-to shirt. This flannel is comfortable, stylish and durable, with the unique feature of being able to be rolled into a travel pillow, allowing for more efficient packing.
Adv3nture is positioned to be a major player in the travel sector of the outdoor apparel marketplace. With competitive apps providing cost cutting travel options, and social media effectively rewarding people for posting about their adventures while traveling, the travel industry is growing faster than ever. While Adv3nture apparel is stylish and comfortable for everyday wear, we skew more on the travel niche, to further establish our presence in a booming marketplace.
Outdoor and travel apparel continues to grow rapidly, surpassing $12B in sales in 2020. This marketplace expects growth of at least $3.9B over the next three years (Source). Adv3nture is uniquely positioned to be a player in the virtually unexplored travel sector of the outdoor apparel industry, with an eco-friendly focus.
Adv3nture plans to launch a product line in advance of every season, providing lasting options, as opposed to “fast fashion” where products are out of style in a few years. While we have focused primarily on cold weather items in the past,we will begin to offer warm weather options beginning in spring of 2022. Our spring line is expected to introduce a line of breathable apparel, with moisture-wicking properties for warm-weather traveling and exploring.
In fall of 2022, we expect to introduce a line of comfortable everyday apparel, which are just as home on the plane, as they are on a night on the town. Travel apparel should be able to adapt to any environment, both weather-related and socially. Our goal is to constantly improve our product line, because innovation never rests.
For the winter 2022 season, we plan on offering a full-line of 3-in-1 products, where the cozy inner-layers zip and snap into the weather-busting outer layers, giving travelers flexibility to easily adapt to changing weather conditions, while being able to pack less in their suitcase.
Since our inception, we have launched our new products on Kickstarter and other crowdfunding platforms. It has always been the plan to transition away from crowdfunding our products, and instead offer backers the opportunity to invest in the company that they’re helping to build. In the past few years, we have put more resources into growing the brand than in our crowdfunding campaigns.
The majority of future revenues are expected to be achieved through on-line sales, while there is the expectation that significant revenue will come from in-person sales at our brick-and-mortar locations. The physical locations, also serving as retail showrooms where customers can experience and purchase our products in person, will primarily serve as fulfillment centers for our on-line sales. The expectation is that in-person sales generate the revenue necessary for overhead, while these strategic locations will reduce the shipping fees, storage fees, and shipping times that were experienced with our formal 3PL fulfillment partners.
Based on the success already seen from our Seattle location, Adv3nture plans to open showrooms/fulfillment centers in strategic cities across the country with the intention of shortening shipping times, creating a place for consumers to experience our products, greatly reducing our carbon footprint.

The 10% StartEngine Owners' Bonus
Adv3nture, Inc. will offer 10% additional bonus shares for all investments that are committed by investors that are eligible for the StartEngine Crowdfunding Inc. OWNer's bonus.
This means eligible StartEngine shareholders will receive a 10% bonus for any shares they purchase in this offering. For example, if you buy 100 shares of Class B Common Stock at $4.00/ share, you will receive 110 shares of Class B Common Stock, meaning you'll own 110 shares for $400. Fractional shares will not be distributed and share bonuses will be determined by rounding down to the nearest whole share.
This 10% Bonus is only valid during the investor's eligibility period. Investors eligible for this bonus will also have priority if they are on a waitlist to invest and the company surpasses its maximum funding goal. They will have the first opportunity to invest should room in the offering become available if prior investments are canceled or fail.

How many online apparel companies have the capability to showcase their gear at 130 physical key target market locations across the United States in a year? Then again, how many companies have a professional traveling comedian as a their CEO?
Our CEO / Founder Zane Lamprey completed an 89 stop comedy tour in 2021. At each stop Adv3nture had a booth setup to not only meet & greet new customers, but allow people to touch, feel and try on the Adv3nture gear, a big piece missing for "online only" retailers. We made great sales at each location, but more importantly grew the brand and grew our marketing reach.
In 2022, Zane Lamprey will be back at it embarking on a 130 stop comedy tour and Adv3nture will be right there with him. This is priceless benefit for an apparel company with maximum exposure and minimum overhead.

Our beautiful store location in Seattle, WA is more than just a cool spot to check out and try on our gear, it doubles as our fulfillment center. A large percentage of Startup apparel companies rely on 3rd party fulfillment centers to get off the ground. They are equipped with the storage space, shipping logistics and staffing to help with an angle of business a startup company does have the physical bandwidth or financial backing to take on.
The downside, fulfillment centers cut into profit margins, increase overhead, put quality control in someone else's hands and are normally in remote locations from the core company location.
With our Seattle location in full swing, and our customer service and fulfillment manager Sarah on board, we started transitioning away from our 3rd party fulfillment company in 2020 and are almost 100% in-house for our order fulfillment needs.
The benefits are already showing in our bottom line as we have direct control of inventory accounting, quality control, product order customer service and all of the financial benefits of cutting out a middleman.
Our goal is to open new physical locations that as our own "drop ship" centers to expedite order delivery as well as cut down on shipping cost overheard.

Prior to COVID, we made regular trips to visit our overseas manufacturers. Spending several days of face-time was very efficient when creating new products, however it was a large expense, especially when we felt that several team members were need on the trip. As times change, especially as the result of a pandemic, we have not visited our manufacturers since 2019.

With Regulation A+, a non-accredited investor can only invest a maximum of 10% of their annual income or 10% of their net worth per year, whichever is greater. There are no restrictions for accredited investors.
With Regulation Crowdfunding, non-accredited investors with an annual income or net worth less than $124,000 are limited to invest a maximum of 5% of the greater of those two amounts. For those with an annual income and net worth greater than $124,000, they are limited to investing 10% of the greater of the two amounts.
At the close of an offering, all investors whose funds have “cleared” by this time will be included in the disbursement. At this time, each investor will receive an email from StartEngine with their Countersigned Subscription Agreement, which will serve as their proof of purchase moving forward.
Please keep in mind that a company can conduct a series of “closes” or withdrawals of funds throughout the duration of the campaign. If you are included in that withdrawal period, you will be emailed your countersigned subscription agreement and proof of purchase immediately following that withdrawal.

For Regulation Crowdfunding, investors are able to cancel their investment at any point throughout the campaign up until 48 hours before the closing of the offering. If you do not cancel within this 5-day timeframe, your funds will be invested in the company, and you will no longer be able to cancel the investment. For Regulation A+, StartEngine allows for a four-hour cancellation period. Once the four-hour window has passed, it is up to each company to set their own cancellation policy. You may find the company’s cancellation policy in the company’s offering circular.
Once your investment is canceled, there is a 10-day clearing period (from the date your investment was submitted). After your funds have cleared the bank, you will receive your refund within 10 business days.
Refunds that are made through ACH payments can take up to 10 business days to clear. Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of the bank, but we will do everything we can to get you your refund as soon as possible. However, every investment needs to go through the clearing process in order to be sent back to the account associated with the investment.
Both Title III (Regulation Crowdfunding) and Title IV (Reg A+) help entrepreneurs crowdfund capital investments from unaccredited and accredited investors. The differences between these regulations are related to the investor limitations, the differing amounts of money companies are permitted to raise, and differing disclosure and filing requirements.
