In addition to her cafe, Ingrid is growing her line of gluten-free crackers!
Figg’s Ordinary is a dedicated gluten and refined sugar free bakery and café. Our customers seek the ‘better for you’ ingredients we use in our products and are not necessarily requiring gluten free. Customers enthusiastically buy our baked goods: breads, pizza crusts and pie shells, muffins, scones, cookies, and brownies. They also buy our crackers and granolas. We are frequently sold out.
Customers come to our café for breakfast or lunch to enjoy our artisan coffee and espresso drinks, teas, and fresh organic smoothies. For in-person dining or carryout, customers buy our rolls, pastries, sandwiches, salads, quiche, and soups. They buy from Figg’s Ordinary because we make great tasting nourishing food, often made with locally grown ingredients from farmers and local growers they know.
