Internal Growth Engine
We enter new geographical markets by selling to school districts, individual schools and enrichment program providers. Each entry point leads us to relationships with the other two stakeholders within the ecosystem. When a school is onboarded, it's providers are onboarded who in turn utilize us at other schools where they serve providing a sales opportunity with those schools as well.

Marketing Channels
Establishing predictable revenue growth by optimizing a multi-channel customer acquisition system:
Email Marketing | We have created a school and district pipeline through email marketing that has led to our second district contract with Pasadena Unified Schools. We are also able to bring on individual public schools which provide a pathway to new district contracts. |
Paid Social | We are able to generate predictable provider lead volume through paid social and are working on optimizing each stage of the funnel to create the lowest customer acquisition cost (CAC) possible. |
