Pop's Bakery is a wholesale baked goods producer with a mission to make the best locally-sourced bread for its customers and a record of profitable growth toward realizing that goal. Pop’s operates from a 6,000 square-foot commercial kitchen facility in northeast Washington D.C., where CEO & Founder Grant Sarvis and his team of seven employees currently turn out 35,000 units of product per week for 40 restaurants and over 100 retailers (and counting!) across the greater DC area and beyond. Pop’’s gross revenue in calendar year 2021 was 250,000, which yielded 35 percent margins, and the company is on track to increase both figures by 100 percent and 50 percent, respectively by the end of 2022.
