Forrest Hill Brewing Company LLC is in the happiness business. It was created by four friends (one of them an amazing home brewer) who wanted to share this dream with a community of beer lovers. We want to brew high quality craft beer in wide varieties so that each customer has a choice they'll love. It's our mission to provide a local brewery with a comfortable style and feel and to work in conjunction with other local brewers in order to make Amesbury a craftbrew pilgrimage in Massachusetts.

Each member of the LLC has capital invested in the business, but we have no outside investment at this time.

Forrest Hill Brewing Company LLC has secured a lease at 77 Elm St. Amesbury, MA. We will be operating as Mill 77 Brewing Company. Investment capital raised through Mainvest will help the company finish the build-out of this wonderfully renovated mill building and assist in any unforeseen issues that arise ahead of our projected opening in the Summer of 2021.

Craig Penno
General Partner
Craig Penno is a General Partner of Forrest Hill Brewing Company LLC, DBA Mill 77 Brewing. He is a graduate of Boston University Class of 2000 with a B.S. in Journalism. Craig has worked in both the private and public sector dealing with financial matters at several large companies and government entities.

Arthur Shields
General Partner
Arthur Shields is a General Partner of Forrest Hill Brewing Company LLC, DBA Mill 77 Brewing. "Art" is the head brewer with over a decade of experience brewing delicious craft beer which has already gained a loyal local following. He graduated from the University of Vermont Class of 1997 with a B.A. in Economics. When not making the delicious beer he works in the financial services sector with a focus on business investment.

Michael Cook
General Partner
Michael Cook is a General Partner of Forrest Hill Brewing Company LLC, DBA Mill 77 Brewing. Mike brings with him years of experience operating his own successful irrigation company. He has local contacts with a multitude of other businesses, electricians, plumbers, General Contractors, and carpenters that can be called upon to assist in helping Mill 77 Brewing succeed.

Alexander Bisono
General Partner
Alexander Bisono is a General Partner of Forrest Hill Brewing Company LLC, DBA Mill 77 Brewing. Alex is a certified Class 2 Engineer and is an indispensable member of the team with expertise in equipment, layout, design and storage solutions.

If you invest $100, the business agrees to share a portion of their revenue until you have been repaid $160. They will owe you this amount by 4/1/2028, regardless of revenue.
