Joseph Sullivan, Founder, Director, and Owner
Daxbot founder Joseph Sullivan has been making robots since he was nine years old. Joseph began programming when he was ten and started his first tech company when he was 14, releasing his first commercial software shortly thereafter. Joseph has started several successful companies since then including Alyrica and Active911. Active911 provides global services to emergency responders including roughly 30% of US firefighters. His vision for the future is one filled with friendly, helpful robots in the service of humanity.

Jason Richards, CEO
Jason Richards is the Chief Executive Officer of Daxbot and leads our commercial effort. Prior to Daxbot, Jason was the director of sales and marketing for an internet service provider, overseeing the strategic growth of the company. In addition to his work there, Jason had been hired as a consultant by several other companies to assist them with creating strategy and process for their organizations. Previously, Mr. Richards was the CEO of a software company, FFRS.

Tricia Welch, CFO
Tricia Welch is the Chief Financial Officer for Daxbot. Previously, Tricia was a branch manager of a regional bank and had oversight of a loan and deposit portfolio in excess of $60 million each including underwriting and approving loans, sales and service of all deposit products, and management and collection of troubled loans. Tricia also was a member of Bank Management Loan Committee.

Kevin Sullivan, Director & Owner
Kevin Sullivan serves on the Daxbot board of directors. Kevin has been instrumental in helping his brother Joseph start and run the successful companies mentioned above. Kevin is currently the CEO of Alyrica Networks and helped Joseph launch Active911 and Daxbot.
