Company Description

Emerson's Southburger is the name for our US restaurants where we bring our Pig's Pearls acclaimed burger menu to diners. We elaborate with a mixture of different flavors from different kitchens from around the world. We have influences from Italy, South America, and Canada. We present our hamburgers in a very complete way using very fresh ingredients, which we source directly from small agricultural suppliers. We're very focused on helping out the small, local producer and guaranteeing the freshness of our product. Also, we are are big supporters of quality small craft breweries.
