• Pursuing Ph.D. at the College of William and Mary focused on gender and race equity in higher education, leadership development, and minority representation in organizational leadership.
• Earned her Master’s of Sports Leadership and MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University
• More than a decade of collegiate athletics experience including athletic fundraising at Virginia Commonwealth University and the College of William & Mary, coach, and administrator for VCU Women’s Basketball, as well as a player and two-year captain on Georgetown’s Women’s Basketball Team.
