This pipeline includes properties that can be purchased at a discount to retail price from Westbow Construction (summarized below). \n\nThe properties in the pipeline represent potential acquisitions that have not yet been\nfinalized. \n\n\nFund l Portfolio (Past Performance)1We closed Fund I to new investors in March, 2021 after acquiring $90 Million worth of properties across Western Canada.\n\n\n\n\nThe markers on the map represent properties owned and managed by Westbow Capital Income Fund (outside Westbow Real Estate Properties Trust) and are being included in this presentation to highlight the Westbow Group of Companies experience in Western Canadian real estate.
