Company Description

About The Project Renovation of an historic African-American school in Due West, SC into moderately priced senior housing and senior healthcare and enrichment services. This project is anticipated to fill a substantial need for senior housing and senior services in the rural upstate region outside of Greenville, SC. We are using a crowdfunding approach to the tax credit equity raise in this project to make historic tax credit-leveraged real estate investing available to a number of taxpayers who are eligible but don't currently use this benefit. The benefit allows taxpayers (individuals and entities) to invest in real estate using money they were already going to pay in federal income taxes.
