Ron L. Wilson, II has been our CEO since our company’s founding in 2012. He was also the founder of Jaco Clothing, Kelysus, and 180s, which grew to over $50 million in sales and achieved a ranking of #9 on Inc. Magazine’s 500 fastest growing companies. He is a former Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year National Finalist and a Sports & Fitness Industry Association “Top 25 Leaders in Sporting Goods”. Ron holds a BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech and an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Matt Paulson
Chief Brand Officer & Co-Founder
In addition to co-founding our company, Matt also co-founded Xtreme Sponge, a cleaning supply company. Previously, he worked as the Director of Sales and Marketing for Jaco Clothing. Matt holds a BS from the Marriott School of Management, Brigham Young University, and an MBA from San Diego State University.

Adam Colton
Chief Financial Officer
Adam has been our CFO since 2019. He started his career as an auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers and has over 15 years of experience serving as a Chief Financial Officer, including National Cardiac and the Lamkin Corporation. He also co-founded Mad Dog Multimedia, which grew to over $40 million in sales. Adam holds a BS in Accounting from Binghamton University School of Management and an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
