After graduating from Southern Methodist University, he began his career as a Financial Consultant and Certified Public Accountant with Deloitte, the largest accounting and consulting firm in the world. Mr. Gross has significant experience in transaction-based consulting and during his term there, he specialized in mergers and acquisitions. He founded Noral Holding Company in Texas in 1998 and began to acquire companies in the oil and gas, manufacturing, and hospitality industries. All these companies still thrive today and are either still owned by Noral or others if the companies have been sold. Through Noral, Mr. Gross currently owns and operates two Modern Margarita restaurants in Phoenix, Arizona with others planned to be opened in Texas in the next year. Modern Margarita specializes in craft margaritas and tacos with a twist while DJ’s play great music all weekend. Mr. Gross enjoys a good craft beer with an occasional round of golf.
