We believe that El Hempe is one of the first ready-to-drink (RTD) sparkling tequila cocktails that feature the aromatic terpenes of cannabis. Our THC and CBD-free drinks combine the herbaceous terpenes of cannabis with the smooth, crisp taste of sparkling tequila to create a delicious beverage that bridges the cannabis and cocktail worlds. BashDirector, Chief Executive Officer, President An internationally recognized marketing expert, Mr. Bash has successfully created brands & new products for existing companies, staffed entire organizations, re-tooled businesses, and has been a part of two teams that have raised more than $70 million dollars. After Nike sales, he became the founding vice president of marketing at Avia Athletic Footwear. He was responsible for creating the brand & sales strategies that grew the company to 120 million dollars in sales in its first 4 years. Six years as VP of marketing at Pepsi corporate, Bash managed national ad agencies, created new product launches, managed media/media buys, excelled at co-op advertising, and managed brand teams. At NEXTLINK Interactive, a Craig McCaw company, Mr. Bash served as the VP of Marketing where he created a marketplace for interactive voice in the national marketplace. The company today is XO Communications. Mr. Bash created Braintank, a local company that created Web sites for international companies. In its first year Braintank merged with e-Media, one of the largest companies streaming video and audio on the Internet. As senior vice president of marketing and general manager for the West Coast, he managed all marketing and communications efforts and was a part of the team that raised $40 million dollars. Mr. Bash was the CMO for CypherEdge Technologies, a mobile technology company based in Bellevue, WA from 2005 to 2008. CypherEdge primarily creates new methods for creating cellular and wi-fi marketing campaigns for large consumer product companies. (2008-2009), Tony assisted a Portland based ad agency as the SVP of Marketing and Business Development for Pop Art; www.popart.com, one of the country’s largest interactive agencies., Brent AdamCFOAccounting / finance professional with experience ranging from public accounting to start ups to public traded companies.
