OurCrowd’s Portfolio Index Fund, OurCrowd 50 (“OC50”), is a hyper-diversified investment vehicle enabling investors to participate in the next 50 OurCrowd investment opportunities in which OurCrowd invests at least $1M. We view the OC50 series of funds as OurCrowd’s flagship fund and intend to make them available to our investors on an ongoing basis. OurCrowd is currently raising capital for OC50 Series VII Canada, the seventh fund in the OC50 series.
