Howard is the Founder & CEO of Form & Fiction Ventures, a San Francisco creative venture studio that incubates and supports socially responsible start-ups with a focus on consumer brands, digital therapeutics, and cannabinoid sciences.

Scott Barnum - Board Member
Scott is a seasoned consumer brand executive. He has held C-suite, board, and management positions at PepsiCo, Miller Brewing, Pete's Brewing, Pyramid Breweries, and Krave Jerky. His primary focus is on strategy, operations, and corporate governance.

Bill Mitchell - Advisor & Lead Investor
