Twisted Escape Room is an escape room in Salem,MA, and has been operating since 2018. With additional capital, we aim to not only survive the Coronavirus business shutdown, but also prepare to reopen once we are allowed to.

We are very excited for you to be a part of Twisted Escape Room’s next chapter. The community of Salem is important to us and we plan to be around here for years to come. I wanted to take this opportunity to say that as excited as we are to be here, brick and mortar business like ours are in a crisis. We're closed by state mandate, and by the demands of protecting our customers and staff. We don't know how long this pandemic will last, how long we'll be forced to remain closed, if we'll be able to reopen, or if we'll be entering the deepest depression in American history. What we do know is that small business is the heart of our towns and communities, and that if they die now, they won't be there to power the recovery that could be ahead.
For now we've chosen to keep our staff on, rather than laying them off. We'd like help to continue that. I don't want to promise that this will be easy, or even that any business is particularly likely to survive the current crisis. What I do want to say is that we're determined to try, because we believe that we offer something truly special. We bring people together, and the world's going to need that.

Offerings
- Submerged - Submerged is the story of taking a submarine to explore an underwater wreck. It's a three room experience, popular with kids and adults.
- Hysteria - Hysteria is about the witch trials, presented through the eyes of a time traveller, and about getting home as fast as you can. We filled the room with historically accurate tidbits, and a number of magical moments and surprises. It's fun, and it's hard.
Our Story
Twisted began here in Salem in 2018. We're embedded in the community, hiring locally, shopping locally, and serving the community we're in. We view ourselves as an off season draw, helping bring people to Salem who otherwise might never visit.
