Kai Yarzagaray
Co-Owner
Mr. Yarzagaray is a creative jack-of-all-trades with experience in nearly every creative field. He is a composer, HTML/CSS programmer, painter, sculptor, chef, graphic designer, barista, wine expert, and bartender. He currently works as a bartender at Union Common tapas/steakhouse restaurant. He holds a Level II certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers and has created several signature cocktails in his current position. Mr. Yarzagaray studied Interior Design and Architecture at O'More College of Design as well as Industrial Design at Savannah College of Art & Design.

Daniel Yarzagaray

Mr. Yarzagaray-Modjeska has always had a knack for creating food-services businesses that are built on unique concepts. His first company was a bakery specializing in hand-ground heirloom whole wheat breads and seasonal cookies, which the business delivered in-office to employees of Vanderbilt Hospital. That business grew to significant annual revenue before he divested. Since then, he has created an online liquidation business and completed proof-of-concept for a venture selling pre-grown vegetable gardens planted in locally sourced, fully portable handmade cedar boxes. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship from Thomas Edison State University.
