With the capital we raise from our campaign, we plan on implementing a customized indoor cookie kiosk, microshop, and a cart. This will put Hot Oven Cookies into areas such as Downtown Northampton, MA and and West Hartford, CT, which both have high income demographics and high foot traffic.
- Proven Demand - We’ve already identified a loyal customer base in Springfield and surrounding areas of Western MA through our initial brick and mortar location, catering to local restaurants and businesses, and early success of our second location in the Hampshire Mall Food Court.
- Experienced Founders - Our team has over 60 years of combined experience in food production, restaurant operations, sales, business administration, recruiting, and project management. They have all the ingredients to execute this recipe for success.

- Diverse menu: A commitment to continue adding to the 100 cookie flavor menu; producing a variety of cookies to draw customers to Hot Oven Cookie shops and carts
- Excellent customer service: H.O.C. relies on repeat business and views its customers' interactions critical to long-term success. With an emphasis on training, personal development, and equity incentives,H.O.C. believes it can attract and retain well-qualified, motivated franchisees committed to making customer service a priority in their business
- Strong Marketing: H.O.C. will continue to build on their social media and mainstream media presence (television, radio, print, etc.) to communicate with existing and future customers. H.O.C.already has over 4000 total followers through various social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Strategic Shop and Kiosk Locations: H.O.C. has planned its next two locations to be in high-traffic locations with higher income demographics to optimize its customer targeting. With the success of the Springfield location, H.O.C. has a great opportunity to thrive in the right location.
- Strategic Cart Locations: H.O.C.’s strategy is to schedule cart stops in selected high-traffic, high-visibility locations to achieve operating and marketing efficiencies and enhance brand awareness. The Cart’s mobility enables them to operate at or near office buildings, in downtown and suburban centers, and at or near local businesses that have heavy pedestrian street traffic. They can also easily be rerouted in case there is a large festival, gathering, or public event within their target markets.
