Enthrall Capital Investments LLC (ECI) is a capital management firm focused on building a profitable portfolio of controlled interests. Our primary verticals are private company management and real estate development. We have a number of assets in our network to expedite and optimize our initiatives. Including partners in brand development, construction, hospitality, merchandising, and security.
The current concern of ECI is real estate development and management in joint operation with MonaVation General Contractors LLC and ENsuite Inc. The partnership purchases properties in Indianapolis to renovate and rent as short term rental listings. These listings generate 300-500% the revenue of market rentals.
