Our aim has been to appeal to the diversity of today’s consumers demands and their ever-changing palates for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The objective is to give our patrons greater choices, shorter wait-times and the ability to simply pour themselves a sip, taster or a glass with our RFID centered technology. The technology enables them to take their time picking out a beverage, pour themselves any volume and not feel overwhelmed, rushed or pressured to commit to a whole pint. Simply put, our patrons pay for what they pour, allowing them to sample and enjoy a wide variety of beer, wine, cider, mead and much more – all within in a communal space akin to the beer festival environment. PTK allows consumers to try an ounce or twelve of over sixty different beverages, at the patrons discretion based on taste, consumption or simply budget.
