Riding Phat is the TV show following the ups and downs of the entrepreneurial journey of Phat Scooters With any TV show the goal is multiple seasons and a strong fan base. We believe with our customer base, clientele and brand we can sustain this show in the long haul 5+ seasons. Given the Company’s limited operating history, the Company cannot reliably estimate how much revenue it will receive in the future, if any.

Three ways for the show to make money
Very little new content is coming as Covid created a void. This show is one exception.
Use of Proceeds

- 93.5% of proceeds will be used for season 1 shoots.
- 6.5% will go towards the Wefunder intermediary fee.

- 50% will be used to complete Production, with a few offsite production days added to shoot with some legendary sports figures.
- 43.5% will be used for post-production to be completed.

- 50% -- Production for season 1 done and dusted.
- 43.5% -- Production for 6 episodes of season 2 will be covered as well as the editing and some travel days for A listers to appear in the show.
