Jabari Johnson
Founder/CEO
Jabari Johnson, a Howard University graduate, began his career as a content creator interviewing globally recognized artists and entertainers. His deep passion for music and success with digital video landed him his first official role in entertainment at Capitol Records. His drive to pursue entrepreneurship resulted in the launch of his company, COLORS Worldwide, in 2015. Shortly after, R&B ONLY was born and his dream to provide opportunities for music enthusiasts at scale was actualized.
Sonia Ramos
Operations Director
Sonia Ramos, a graduate of the University of California, Riverside, interned and worked on the board that programmed campus entertainment throughout her entire college career. Upon graduation, she was hired as an administrative assistant. Due to her ability to learn, adapt, and execute within our high growth company, she has propelled into the role of an operations director in just over three years.
Mario Allen
Production Coordinator
Mario Allen began his career in entertainment as R&B ONLY’s tour van driver and stagehand. His exposure to the endless possibilities of live event production birthed a passion to excel in his newfound career. He quickly learned how to manage large scale stage production in concert venues ranging from 500 - 5,000 capacities. Mario now works as our production coordinator for in-person and digital events.
Keegan Sly
Creative Programmer
Keegan Sly began his production career at 12 years old operating the audio for his middle school theater program. He expanded his skills into many aspects of production including programming, lighting, and visuals. At just 20 years old, he has worked as an assistant programmer, lighting director, or video jockey (VJ) for artists such as Martin Garrix, Doja Cat, Russ, Elohim, Graves, and Kenny Beats. Currently, Keegan’s creativity shines in R&B ONLY’s visuals and lighting for our in-person and digital events.
Belva Anakwenze
Accounting Manager
Belva Anakwenze is an experienced business manager and CPA. She currently creates and executes accounting systems and oversees company compliance.
