Company Description

Get this Cleveland tradition shipped right to your door. Shaped like a bagel but tastes like a pizza. Light, fluffy, saucy, cheesy. The business started when I was looking for a part-time business that I could possibly retire with. So I bought the Pizza Bagel stand at the Westside Market. It was fun and I enjoyed it. But then customers told me the bagels were not what they had gotten years ago. (The baker I had didn't make them the way they should have been made). So then I decided it was time to be the baker and not the clerk. That is how it all started.

Key Deal Facts

It has been on the Cooking Channel, Food Network, CNBC, Burger Bob and baked for a President.
Currently, it is making smiles on children as part of their school lunches.
We are building it each year with more schools.
Also, we are selling our bagels online with Goldbelly.
This is a national online food platform.
In the past 3 months, we have entered the retail world of grocery stores.
The Pizza Bagel wants to be out there making smiles and filling bellies with tasty bites.
I have also patented the Pizza Bagel known as the Pizagel.

Management Team / Advisory Board Bios

Terry Thomsen, Owner
I am fondly known as The Pizza Bagel Lady. Without a recipe and after many attempts, the pizza bagel was created! Making pizza bagels with my 80 qt Hobart mixer named Helga is my specialty. I love baking and it shows in my bagels - also known as the Pizagel.

Security Description

Secured debt is debt backed or secured by collateral to reduce the risk associated with lending. If the borrower on a loan defaults on repayment, the debt holder can seize the collateral, sell it, and use the proceeds to pay back the debt. Assets backing debt or a debt instrument are considered as a form of security, which is why unsecured debt is considered a riskier investment than secured debt.
