Erin joined a small consulting firm and worked her way up to their director of events, overseeing a $2M annual portfolio. She became known for designing and executing highly engaging webinars, long before virtual events were en vogue. In 2019, made the full leap to start her own business. Thus, Erin Leonard Events was born.
