Established in 2020, ACQ Bread Co. is an artisan bakery that gives back to its community. Our bread is made from organic wheat grown and milled in New York. We perform the highest level of bread craft to offer nutritious food to the local community and mutual aid.

Tyler has spent the last decade honing his craft in elite kitchens around the world. At 3-Michelin-Starred Atelier Crenn in San Francisco, Tyler operated the bread program and began experimenting deeply with fermentation techniques. Most recently Tyler was the Director of Fermentation at the two Michelin starred Aska in NYC. He now applies all of his experience and discipline in the refinement of his wild leavened breads.
