Ryan Hoang honed his apparel industry expertise as fashion marketer and fitness model before launching his own label. He gleaned insights into the multi-faceted operations of an apparel company while working at New York fashion houses Escada and Staff International (D-squared, Diesel). Ryan learned every aspect of manufacturing - from design to sampling to production - while also building a grassroots marketing strategy for Centric and growing his own personal brand.
Winny Budiman, CFO & COO
Winny Budiman channels her background in engineering and finance. From her days at JP Morgan Asset Management, to her current role overseeing the inner workings of an apparel startup, Winny brings an analytical, data driven approach to problem solving and daily operations. The young entrepreneur received a Master of Finance from MIT, and quickly climbed the ranks of JP Morgan Institutional Strategy & Analytics team to become a VP in only five years. There, she spearheaded asset allocation strategies and advisory for many of the firm's Fortune 100 institutional clients before joining Centric leadership full time.
