Mathieu Gaddini, Director & Chief Medical Officer
Mathieu has over 20 years of experience as a Medical Doctor and PhD in France. He graduated France premier medicine school (Marseille) with Magna Cum Laude in 2004, where he did his residency between 2000 and 2004, notably in the geriatric and ER pediatric units.
He is a Micronutrient / Morphological Medicine and Anti-Age specialist (MMAA) and is a Medical Expert Witness before the French courts. He is a practicing doctor at many Skilled Nursing Facilities in France, hence has a strong knowledge of medical issues elderlies are experiencing, and operational challenges healthcare operators are facing.
As a practitioner, Mathieu was instrumental in Smardii shift from the original baby-oriented solution to what it has become today, i.e. an adult-focused remote patient monitoring tool.
John Welch, Chief Revenue Officer
John is responsible for Smardii's marketing, sales, and customer engagement activities. He has over 30 years of experience in healthcare and medical products, previously at Dale and Johnson & Johnson, just to name a few. He has a perfect knowledge of the healthcare industry, its various business channels, and helps growing the Smardii brand through customer engagement and strategic partnerships.
Gregory Zaic, Director
MIT and Princeton Engineering graduate, Greg was a general manager at Baxter Labs, responsible for a medical device division. After Baxter, he has spent over 25 years in the life sciences industry. He has served on ~20 boards of directors, several corporate advisory boards and the Columbia University Department of Ophthalmology Board of Advisors. During his career, he has been involved in 7 IPOs and 5 mergers.
