We are a young innovative beverage company that believes in high quality craft spirits with unique and exciting packaging with brands including Devant champagne and 3 Tres Tequila. We understand that high-quality products and bold presentation go hand in hand.

Strong relationships with Southern Wine, Breakthru Beverage, Empire Merchants and RNDC. Devant Champagne is distributed by RNDC in Hawaii, California, Arizona, Texas, Florida, Georgia, Washington DC, Illinois and Colorado. Southern Wine in Nevada and Empire Merchants in New York. 3 Tres Tequila is distributed by RNDC Hawaii, California and Arizona and Breakthru Beverage in Nevada.
The growth of our brands and need for innovation in the beverage space is built for quick scaling and acquisition. We are looking at a 5 year exit strategy.
Buyers often like virtual companies, as they can quickly scale the brand by offering Synergistic enhancements. This means lower costs, shipping, expanded distribution and sales staff. Current evaluation is around $9 million.

Youngest Vice President in Young Market History at 28 years old, accountable for the market penetration of 5,000 labels. Lead strategical direction for Beam Global Brand portfolio expanding across 11 states - Jim Beam, Absolut, Sauza Tequila Geyser Peaks Wines. Western Region of Sovereign Brands responsible for transforming products like Armand de Brignac "Ace of Space" and Belaire Rose Sparkling into the well-known brand names today covering 14 States.
