Galexa is a manufacturer and material supplier of 100% American made composite walls, floors, and roof systems used in the exterior shell of homes, commercial buildings and other structures. This means we supply these pre-engineered systems using stronger, lighter, ultra energy efficient materials unlike what’s being used traditionally in the industry now. Since Galexa pre engineers their wall, roof and floor systems in a factory this enables our structures to quickly go up in a manner of days versus weeks.

Chuck Ardezzone, Chief Executive Officer, Director
Chuck started his career in real estate in 1989 in Queens, N.Y. in residential sales and management. Eventually he relocated to Los Angeles to pursue a sales management role and then to Naples, Florida. Chuck formed ITZ Media Group, a full- service marketing company, built it to over over 1000 clients and sold ITZ in 2016. Chuck's real estate background reemerged with an affordable housing development project in South Florida. He founded Galexa to help find affordable housing solutions and a means at which to build them. After researching numerous building systems Chuck discovered the 100% composite solution, introduced it into the Florida market and never looked back. Chuck currently oversees Galexa day to day operations and has assembled a highly talented team from different industries to develop Galexa into a market leader.

Bill Ludwig, Vice President Sales, Director
Bill Ludwig has extensive 25 year sales history and former president of Imports Direct in charge of business development, marketing, logistics and finance. He took his last company from start up to $20 million in only four years. Bill was also the Vice President of Acawe in charge of business development and government coordination.

Eric R. Smithers, Vice President Corporate Affairs, Director
Eric is a self-driven, results focused, corporate executive and real estate broker with 25 years of contributions to business development, strategic alliances, finance, operations, compliance, project management and profitability. While the General Counsel of an International real estate development company Eric developed deep experience in management, finance, marketing, sales and human resources.

Charles Bonasera, Advisor
Charles has spent more than 25 years in operations, supply chain and manufacturing management. He has held senior level positions at Sun Micro Systems, Solectron, Harmonic Inc, and most recently Katerra, a technology-driven construction company as the Vice President of Materials Operations. Charles core strength is developing operations and supply chain strategies that are in complete alignment with corporate objectives. He has built dynamic global teams and organizations that are lean and highly effective. As corporate objectives evolve his teams has always been the catalyst that drives change throughout the organization from Sales Operations through IT, Sourcing, Manufacturing and Logistics. Charles brings a strong background and outstanding experience in high-tech manufacturing, supply chain management and overall operations management to Galexa.
