Known for her famous fried chicken rolls, but her path did not always lead to delicious food. Growing up on the South Side of Youngstown, Ohio, Trina learned how to sell drugs as a side hustle before she learned how to cook. In 2007, after a drug-related armed robbery in her home, Trina knew she had to change her path or end up dead or in jail, leaving her two children without a mother. She poured herself into cooking, taking jobs at many kitchens in the area to perfect her craft, and trusting in God to guide her way.
