Inner Space KC

Inner Space KC is a yoga, movement and healing arts studio located in midtown Kansas City. We host classes that bridge traditional and contemporary forms of yoga, movement, meditation and martial arts and also lease space to 13 commercial tenants that range from energy healers, artists, herbalists, unique retailers and harm-reduction specialists as well as hosting 4 different hair and esthetician salons and office space to local non-profits. So, we are both a standard yoga and wellness studio as well as a unique collective of practitioners sharing space and crafting community by cross-pollinating our work.

We are Kansas City's premier LGBTQ owned yoga studio!, Inner Space KC is a sober and recovery-supportive space and we embrace a non-dogmatic harm reduction ethic in the ways that we hold addiction and recovery support., Our building is 100 years old and has a rich history, previously serving as a movie theater, union office, and church, all while witnessing the changes in our resilient neighborhood. We're honored to play a role in its continued growth, always striving to center and uplift BIPOC voices in everything we do.
