East Denver Food Hub (EDFH) partners with small and mid-sized family farms, prioritizing support for farmers of color and other socially disadvantaged growers. Our mission is to uplift these farms by opening new market opportunities and building a resilient local food system. We are committed to environmental care and fair labor practices, while using our scale to offer competitive prices. With experience serving over ten Colorado school districts, several foodservice management companies, and a handful of restaurants.

Mission-Driven: Founded during the pandemic, EDFH tackles food insecurity, supports local farmers, and builds a sustainable local food supply chain across Colorado., Major Partnerships: Working with Sodexo, Aramark, and others to deliver high-quality, locally sourced food on a large scale., Innovative Funding: Received support to enhance Denver’s food system with light-processing capabilities, meeting institutional needs., Climate Impact: Co-founder represented EDFH at COP 27, advocating for climate-resilient food systems., Support for New Farmers: Providing young, BIPOC, and socially disadvantaged farmers with market access and mentorship., Community Reach: Partnered with 30+ nonprofits to deliver fresh food to underserved communities., Commitment to Quality: Sourcing fresh, ethically produced food that meets high standards.
