Simon Baines
Sporting Director & Head of Academy
Founder, New York Premier FC. Began his career playing for AFC Bournemouth and spent time at both English and South African professional clubs. Holds coaching qualifications in the UK, South Africa as well as the US.

Dave Carton
Head Coach
Dave joins WSC as its first Head Coach, following a successful tenure with the Charlotte Independence, where he helped lead the team to multiple playoff appearances and the League One Championship game in 2023.
