Mike Williston, Co-Founder, President, CEO, and Director
Mike Williston is both a co-founder and the CEO of Satellite Displays. He is a results-driven entrepreneur who thrives in early stage startups. As CEO, he is responsible for taking an idea to reality in his quest to transform the way we communicate. Satellite Displays' created Badger, the world's first closed captioning smart badge that converts speech-to-text and translations in real-time. Badger can also translate in 50+ languages. His vision for the company is what excites his team to elevate to the next level. After completing his MBA from Monmouth University, he jumped right into the startup world at Compliance Wave. Here he was the first employee and Director of Lead Generation. Developing, creating and executing ideas is what gets Mike up in the morning, and if you're in the room with him, you'll want to learn more and participate in the journey. He makes problem solving fun for those who work with him. He enjoys building exceptional teams while helping everyone hit their personal goals. His family means everything to him, and their dinner conversations range from life goals to sports to business. He developed his competitive edge from playing sports growing up. Outside of work, you can still find him staying active in the gym or playing competitive basketball. And if it's a windy day, you can find him in the ocean kitesurfing...his favorite type of "board meeting."
Russell B. Hearn, Interim CFO & Board Member
Mr. Russell Hearn is an entrepreneur. Building teams and growing businesses is his passion, along with his passion and skill in mentoring and guiding people to much higher levels of performance and satisfaction than they thought possible. In 1983, Mr. Hearn founded Russell B. Hearn and Associates, Inc., which he steadily grew through carefully-planned acquisitions into a network of regional Audiology clinics in Western Pennsylvania.
Mr. Hearn grew his business from zero to the leading regional company and forged strategic partnerships with other Audiology companies. The coalition attracted a Venture Partner, which infused capital for a partial buyout and future acquisitions, and the group formed Hearing Healthcare Management, Inc. in 1999. He was an equity partner in HHM and served as an Acquisition, Integration & Operations Executive and Board Member. As in all his roles before and since, Mr. Hearn approached the growth and success of HHM in a highly strategic fashion, using his passion for developing people to their potential as a basis for his planning.
Hearn's recent position as a Director of Operations at DEMANT, one of the world's leading hearing healthcare companies, spanning all areas of hearing care, from diagnostic instruments and traditional hearing aids to cochlear implants and bone- anchored hearing solutions.
Mr. Hearn and his family currently reside in Butler, Pennsylvania, just north of the Pittsburgh metro area.
Peter Sprague, Co-Founder and Chairman
Peter served in the following roles: Chairman of National Semiconductor (1967-97), Aston Martin LTD (1975-80), Design Research (1967-79), Advent Corp (1975-79), PDM Consolidated Foods IRAN (1964-79), Founder and Chairman of Wave Systems (1990-2012), and Co-Founder and Director of the American Sailing Association (1983 to Present). He currently serves as a Co-Founder and the Chairman of Satellite Displays. He received an honorary doctorate from Babson College, a B.A. from Yale University '61 and also studied Political Science at MIT and Economics at Columbia University. He worked as a photo journalist in Moscow and Mongolia in the summers of 1979-80. Peter holds 12+ patents in optics, software, and hardware.

Inducted into the Video Game Hall of Fame and the Consumer Electronics Association Hall of Fame.
Founded the Chuck E. Cheese Pizza Time Theaters. Received the Nations Restaurant News "Innovator of the Year" award. Named one of Newsweek's "50 Men Who Changed America." Bushnell has started more than twenty companies and is one of the founding fathers of the video game industry
