Keith Chapman, Co-Founder / Chief Marketing Officer
Keith earned his PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University in 1996 and then worked with NASA and Arizona State University in a research capacity. Since then, he ran research & development for Fender Musical Instruments Corp where he worked closely with Marketing in product development and product campaigns. In 2018, he opened Bone Haus Brewing with his partner and brewmaster Andy Weiner and runs marketing, sales and retail operations in his role as CMO.

Andy Weiner, Co-Founder / Chief Operations Officer
Andy led the west coast technical support team for Microsoft Exhcange in the Microsoft Corporation until 2000. Andy learned to home brew while at Microsoft and has been home brewing for over 25 years. In 2018, Andy opened Bone Haus Brewing with his partner and CMO, Keith Chapman, and is currently the Brewmaster and COO.

Lydia Pineault, Corporate Secretary / Project Manager
Lydia is an experienced leader with a demonstrated history of working in the Health and Technology industry with a strong background in operations and project management. She joined Bone Haus Brewing in 2020 to assist with tap room operations and is now expanding into managing brewery operations and expansion projects.

DJ Mannila, Tap Room Manager
With 20 years in the food industry and working on his Level 2 Cicerone, DJ is our tap room manager. He excels at customer service, beer knowledge, and ensuring your visit to the Bone Haus tap room is a great experience.

Rachel Benkowski, Marketing Assistant / Bartender
Rachel is a social media influencer for beer. She is a co-founder of Beer Babes, a social media group founded to promote and support women in the beer industry and as knowledgeable consumers. She is currently working on her Level 2 Cicerone and assists with all marketing campaigns and tap room displays. She, as a historian and Cicerone, teaches Beer School with Beerkowski once a month at the tap room.
