Seth Stowaway, Chef & Owner
Seth has an esteemed 15-year Bay Area culinary background, including positions on the opening team of Bar Agricole under Chef Brandon Jiu, and as executive chef of the Bar Agricole Group, running operations at Bar Agricole, Trou Normand and Obispo Rum Bar. Seth always knew that he loved people and wanted to be of service to them, and he found a way to do that through his passion for cooking and community. At Osito, Seth wants people to feel like they are a part of something special from the minute they walk through the door, to their very last bite.
