His mission with Sazmining is to improve humanity's relationship with money and energy by democratizing access to renewable bitcoin mining., Martin Patrick HidalgoChief Financial OfficerPrior to Sazmining, Patrick was CFO of Bitt, which launched the world’s first blockchain based central bank digital currency for a monetary union. Most of his career has been on the buyside of fixed income capital markets including Director of Trading Operations at Proprietary Capital, a mortgage derivative hedge fund, where he helped grow the assets under management from $100MM to $600MM. He also whole loan traded or securitized $15B of collateral as a Vice President of Secondary Marketing at Countrywide Home Loans. He has an BS in Finance from the University of Colorado at Boulder and an MBA in International Business from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Andrew Zoltan SzamosszegiAdvisor and Board MemberAndrew Szamosszegi is a principal at Capital Trade, Inc. and board member of Sazmining, Inc. He is an original investor in Sazmining and one of its advisors. As an economic consultant, he advises clients on economics aspects of international trade and investment opportunities and disputes. 
Kent Marshall HalliburtonPresident and Chief Operating Officer As Sazmining’s President and Chief Operating Officer, Kent oversees the operations and cultural development of Sazmining. He has hired the Sazmining team, overseen the technical product development, located current and future ESG-friendly facilities, and led sales efforts. Kent has implemented an OKR goal-setting system to integrate the organization, a feedback system to foster employee growth, a proprietary hiring methodology to source A Players, and a compensation philosophy to ensure fair and transparent compensation.
Prior to his position at Sazmining, Kent led sales, business development, and software efforts for a publicly-traded solar energy company (RSOL, no longer traded). He executed on 9-figure sales targets, managed a team of more than 100, and oversaw the development and deployment of the company’s operations software. A dynamic and capable leader, Kent keeps both budgetary goals and cultural vision balanced.
Kent graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.S. in Computer Engineering from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo. He helped develop Solar Energy Industry Association’s (SEIA) Sales Training program. Kent has been published in Bitcoin Magazine and Yahoo! Finance. He also developed projects with BMW and Lowe’s.
