Financials: Throwdown’s business model has achieved $12.9 million in revenue over the past three years. In addition to its captive revenue, over $20 million of Throwdown-branded products were sold in that same period through its commercial gym and health club licensing partners.

Charles "Ted" Joiner
President
Ted has served as the President of Throwdown for over 12 years, guiding the Company from a niche MMA brand to a go-to partner for elite athletes & national gym chains. He has over 20 years of experience in the health & fitness product and distribution space, beginning his career in fitness with Elite Nutrition Centers. In 2004, Ted co-founded Xyience Inc., a nutritional supplement and energy beverage company, spending 3 years as President and VP of Manufacturing, and guiding the brand’s strategic partnership with the UFC.
Greg Barrow
CEO & Chairman
Greg is the founder of General Capital Partners (GCP) and has an extensive background in business leadership, entrepreneurship and investment banking. Greg founded GCP in 2002 has led and completed well over 150 transactions valued at over one billion dollars. Greg became the CEO of XFit Brands/Throwdown Industries in 2017.
Jeremy Leavitt
Director of Design & Product Innovation
Jeremy guides game-changing innovation for the brand and most recently designed and patented the FXD Bench. Jeremy has over 20 years of industry experience, nearly 10 of them at Throwdown. Specializing in product design, development, and testing for commercial-grade fitness equipment, Jeremy is charged with designing and implementing new solutions to meet market demand.
