Company Description

At Vivatia Skincare, we created a brand built on a proprietary manufacturing and packaging process in which our products are never exposed to light and oxygen. Light and oxygen are the two main reasons that many skincare products degrade and lose efficacy. We call our proprietary technology “Freshtek”. Through our proprietary processes, our dermatologist-recommended products ensure that our customers receive exceptional and consistent results from the first application to the last.

Key Deal Facts

Our technology combines specialized formulations not possible with other manufacturing processes with a proprietary manufacturing and packaging process called Freshtek that preserves product efficacy and stability at the highest levels over the product's use. We believe combining innovative, pharmaceutical grade formulations with innovative, proprietary manufacturing and packing processes creates superior performing products.
Vivatia Skincare has sold over $3 million of product to over 700 dermatologists since Vivatia was launched. This has been achieved with minimal sales and marketing investment.
We have an accomplished team with over 50 years in the CPG industry, 26 years in skincare, representing several leading brands.
