Inebriated Baker

The Inebriated Baker is a specialty vegan, boozy bakery located in Lexington, Kentucky. It capitalizes on the distillery and craft beer explosion in Kentucky (especially Lexington), as well as the growing national interest in bespoke cocktails and small-batch confections. The Inebriated Baker® uses craft beers, wines, hard ciders, and alcohol in the products giving the bakery ample room for a wide-offering of products with seasonal rotations, as well as, opportunities to form strategic partnerships with local distilleries, craft cider, beer, and wineries.

Since opening the flagship Inebriated Baker® retail location in June 2021, brick-and-mortar and online sales revenues have increased a staggering 4,005%!
Over the last 6 months, Inebriated Baker® has secured multiple B2B partnerships and collaborations with local and nationally-recognized distilleries and brands with five more expected Q1/Q2 2022.
