The bright colors and fun vintage items will draw in new customers and we will win them all over again with our bakery items and coffee.

Lauren Beth Marts
Owner
Lauren Marts is a triple threat when it comes to bakery business owner. She majored in Business Entrepreneurship at Grove City College in 2010. She has worked for 11+ years doing corporate process improvement and other business/operations activities. Now she has been running Baked True North since 2016. Lauren learned to bake with her grandmother and re-learned gluten-free baking in 2014 when she and her husband had to alter their diet. Her passion is for people, color, and good food.
