Sat on audit, finance, governance and compensations, lands and natural resources, and shareholder relations board committees. Founding member of Indemnis and leads business operations, legal, finance division, business development and sales, HR, marketing, customer support, and FAA compliance.
Self-taught businessman and entrepreneur. Started and ran a successful video production company for 15 years with clients such as Harley Davidson, the Alaska Native Tribal health Consortium, Discovery Channel and Animal Planet - where he gained his experience with flying drones. Left video production to concentrate on Indemnis in 2015. Leads the technical R&D team, including mechanical and electrical engineering, fabrication, textile welding, embedded systems, and production innovation.
