Atul Patel
CEO & Co-Founder
Atul Patel has over 16 years of experience through 4 successful startups in SaaS and data-centric sales and advertising automation. He was the founder and CEO of OneScreen (acquired), a digital video syndication platform that utilized its media graph to match advertisers, content owners and publishers. He was also the Co-Founder of OptimalSocial (acquired) which utilizes Facebook’s open graph to optimize social advertising. Atul was a Co-Founder and Co-Inventor of Jornaya (fka LeadiD) which employed a blockchain-like audit trail to leads and is used by most major lead buyers. He advises and serves on the board of several companies. Atul enjoys spending time with his three kids and wife. Atul currently splits his time between working at Edyza and another company. Atul does not currently receive a salary for his work at Edyza. Please see the Company Overview Section of the Form C for additional detail.
Mohammed Rana Basheer
CTO & Co-Founder
Rana Basheer has over 18 years of commercial and academic experience in wireless, radar, and positioning. Most recently, Rana was a Principal Scientist at Broadcom in their mobile wireless group focused on reducing the power consumption of GPS chipsets. He joined Broadcom after achieving his Ph.D. in Computer Engineering at the University of Missouri-Rolla publishing much of his work around real-time localization using radio signals. Prior to that, he was an Embedded System Manager at Garmin where he focused on industrial use cases for low power wireless in Garmin’s marine chart plotters. Rana enjoys running on the outskirts of the city where there is no connectivity whatsoever.
