As a community oriented women and minority owned real-estate development company focusing on providing essential resources in marginalized communities throughout the City of Buffalo and Western New York, Barrett & Benitez Development LLC (B&B LLC) is seeking investment to help fund real estate development projects starting with Loads of Love. There is a Lack of resources in marginalized communities throughout the city of Buffalo that are predominantly minority neighborhoods. Residents in these areas of the city do not have access to essential services which negatively impacts their quality of life. Essential services like laundromats, supermarkets, pharmacies, urgent care facilities and recreational spaces are critical to sustaining the thriving and richness in all communities; especially Buffalo’s East Side.Through a series of mixed-use development projects, we aim to create essential commercial resources and equitable housing opportunities in predominantly minority neighborhoods. To accomplish this goal we will seek to acquire, develop, and redevelop commercial and residential real-estate in Western New York with a focus on minority neighborhoods in the City of Buffalo. In addition to real-estate development, we will provide community engagement and property management services, drawing upon their years of experience as community leaders. Community engagement is a critical aspect of the work we will perform. By actively seeking out and engaging with members of the community in which the company is working, we will garner input, feedback, and support for the company's projects.
