We currently expect to use approximately28% towards brewing and restaurant equipment; 67% towards construction of the Restaurant and the remainder of the net proceeds to pay the Wefunder intermediary fee.

Karen is a recovering lawyer, who kicked Lee out of homebrewing in her Kitchen and helped him dream up Hopsters. Karen now runs brewery operations with a focus on Corporate and Customer Relations
Hopsters LLC is offering equity in all Hopsters current and future locations. $500 equals one Unit in the form of Series A4 Preferred Units.
The Board will then elect to distribute profits to investors, You will first earn 2% of your total investment from profits (net cash flow) and if there are still profits remaining, 80.8% will be distributed pro rata amongst investors.
