Richard is an accomplished executive with over 40+ years of travel industry management experience revolving around Internet and mobile marketing strategies breakthrough travel technology opportunities. He is a thought leader in travel providing in depth analysis for evaluating our global opportunities. Richard is the former President of AMADEUS North America. 
Richard spends approximately 8-10 hours a week working with CIRQ+ and 30-40 hours a week working as CEO for Travel Marketing Dynamics.















Kirsten Rutherford



Director, User Experience + Design Research


Kirsten brings a diverse background of psychology, behavioral science and design to the team. She leads the design research efforts to inform product development, branding, and deliver meaningful user experiences. Kirsten’s expertise lies in mixed methods research - utilizing both qualitative and quantitative methods when conducting generative and evaluative research. Her contributions help build a deep understanding of user needs, product usability, and defining compelling action items and innovation roadmaps supported by data.
Kirsten's primary work is with ATOM Innovations serving as Director, User Experience + Design Research and her work with CIRQ+ is primarily part-time on an as-needed basis.















Doug Fiscella



Vice President Corporate Development


Doug has been an entrepreneur for more than 20 years, focusing on company operations and sales. He founded two businesses and developed processes and procedures to start and grow each one to profit and scale. Following the exit of his last company, Doug became a consultant helping entrepreneurs identify and improve their business processes and methods while establishing a dynamic company culture. 















Robin Parmentier



Robotic Engineer


Robin brings product development and mechanical design experience as the lead roboticist driving programming, documentation, controls, navigation algorithms and pathing routines for the autonomous robotic platforms.















Vu Phan



Program Manager / Sourcing


Vu brings tremendous passion and energy to the team as lead of the Program Management for the company’s product development, sourcing/logistics, and manufacturing efforts. His approaches to creative problem solving and operational efficiency stems from embracing a comprehensive designer's mindset combined with an engineer's logic.    
Vu's primary work is with ATOM Innovations serving as Program Manager / Sourcing and his work with CIRQ+ is primarily part-time on an as-needed basis.















Andrew Deros



Industrial Design / Mechanical Engineering


Andrew is a multi-disciplinary creative lead that brings both Industrial Design and mechanical engineering experience shaping the products and innovations. He has extensive 3D CAD skills working on miniature electro-mechanical assemblies to complex mechanisms and structures. He is a strong team lead always ready to skillfully deliver thoughtful innovations within project timelines while rallying the team! 
Andrew currently works part-time at CIRQ+ and concurrenlty working part-time with ATOM Innovation + Product Development.















Anton Steenman



Board of Directors


Anton spent 32 years at Intel providing strategic and operational leadership for seven divisions and business groups. He managed all P&L aspects of businesses ranging from $200 million to $2 billion in revenues including Intel's strategic architect of Intel's entry into the communications infrastructure, and the Internet of Things market. He has served as a Board Director from the inception of CIRQ+ providing corporate guidance and leadership for the company. 















Nipun Patel

Operational leadership related to strategic innovation for mid to large corporations with a focus on business and market expansion analysis. Additional experience specializing in manufacturing and scaled growth initiatives. Graduate of Boston University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations & Technology Management. Holds two masters degrees in Logistics (MIT) and Management Strategy (London School of Economics).
