RADM(Ret.) Christopher Weaver
Board Advisor, & Sr. Business Development NATO and DOD
RADM Weaver graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy with the Class of 1971, majoring in International Affairs. He holds a Master of Public Administration from The George Washington University and is a distinguished graduate of the Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy, The National Defense University. RADM Weaver is responsible for Trillion’s business development efforts with military organizations as well as major marine operators. RADM Weaver has been instrumental in advancing Trillion’s efforts with the US Navy and major cruise line organizations. He also is a principal member of Trillion’s Advisory Board.
Renato Storari
Trillion Board Advisor, Naval Technical Advisor
Renato Storari is a highly effective executive with a proven record of success focused on over 45yrs of complex naval engineering projects directly related to fuels and energy efficiency on large ocean-going vessels. Renato has applied his Chief Research and Development engineering leadership capabilities and administrative expertise to the design, construction, and conversion of passenger vessels and to the operation of the existing fleet during his 37yr career at Carnival Corporation. Prior to his tenure at Carnival, Renato spent 14yrs working at Exxon corporation at Chief Engineering leading development projects related to energy conservation and carried out many modifications and installations onboard vessel and at refineries to reduce fuel consumption and improve efficiency.
Felipe Suarez
CFO Advisor
Felipe is an experienced strategic advisor and CFO Advisor for to Trillion. He has over 30 years of combined experience in largely senior financial and leadership roles in the energy and manufacturing industries. He has been a noteworthy leader as a C-level player for many domestic and foreign companies in different industries. Felipe worked as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Fletcher Petroleum Corp in Alabama, but can also be credited with contributions to Radial Drilling Services, Inc. as CFO and board member; General Manager at PetroVista Energy Corp.; and Corporate Controller at Salamander Energy Corp., oil and gas public company focused on exploring and developing hydrocarbon assets in South America and Southeast Asia, respectively.
Scott Smouse
Advisor, Global Markets
Scott has more than 40 years of experience cutting across nearly every aspect of fossil energy utilization. He recently retired after 7 years as a Senior Advisor in U.S. Department of Energy’s Office of Fossil Energy and Carbon Management in Washington, DC, and 29 years in RD&D and management positions at DOE’s National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. His role with Trillion focuses on advising on Global Market technical, commercial, and governmental insights, and helping our business navigate and connect with energy and environmental technology markets around the world.
